A classic French variation on the traditional English Rattail pattern. Believed to have been created in the late 1920’s it has become one of today’s most popular plain patterns with its soft tapered ridge along the handle of the spoon & fork. Our knives are a particular feature being well balanced with hollow handles and martensitic stainless-steel blades which contain more carbon, for a longer sharp cutting edge.
