Spire is manufactured in high quality 18/10 stainless steel in our Sheffield factory to be elegantly plain and well balanced.  It has two part knives – 18/10 stainless steel handles with special forged martensitic stainless steel blades (hot-forged with extra carbon) these blades give an unparalleled cutting edge that stays sharper for longer, allowing diners to slice effortlessly through their meat.
