Europe & Worldwide

There are no carriage paid orders outside the UK. We have good relations with the various of the courier services e.g. UPS, DHL, TNT etc and are happy to make arrangements for collection and onward shipping which will be charged appropriately on the invoice.

We are happy to work with your own shipper or shipping agent and will supply them with the relevant details, i.e. weight & measurements of your shipment for them to collect from our factory. We can also send your shipment to your shippers UK location via our 24 hour carrier, charged at the rates in the UK section above.

All our trade prices are ex-works and therefore include packing ready for shipment. All shipments are subject to our terms & conditions, but special attention is drawn to damage claims when using your own carriers – for details click here.

Please note – import duty can apply for deliveries outside of the EU. Customs policies differ widely from country to country and therefore we have no control over these charges and cannot calculate what they might be and are to be paid by the consignee.
