A bold well balanced, excellent weight Continental pattern using a classic double thread & crosses with ribbons added at the base.  It has two part knives – with special forged martensitic stainless steel blades (hot-forged with extra carbon) these blades give an unparalleled cutting edge that stays sharper for longer, allowing diners to slice effortlessly through their meat.
