Experience the timeless elegance of our most traditional cream-handled knives, featuring the classic square London Octagon handle paired with an elegant parallel blade, forged in our special martensitic stainless steel which contains extra carbon for strength, sharpness & a long lasting cutting edge. This design has roots in the rich history of Sheffield cutlery, renowned for its craftsmanship since the Middle Ages Traditionally, these knives had a sateen-finished blade, but we now offer a stunning mirror-polished version and an Antique polish, which strikes a perfect balance between the two. These versatile knives complement most plain pattern spoons and forks beautifully, but especially Old English or Rattail. They are also available with sophisticated black handles plus, all options are dishwasher safe, combining convenience & practicality with classic style. All handcrafted in our own Sheffield factory there are 23 processes to produce each individual knife.
