Steak knives are always a best seller and the key to an excellent steak knife is to have a hand-serrated fully forged martensitic stainless steel blade.   Then add your choice of handles and you’ll never blame the meat again because you’ll have a knife with a long lasting deep cutting edge. Available in two shapes – the traditional single hump blade or the straight back (although that does have a very slight curve to the back of the blade).
